Chicago Teachers Strike

How much do we value our teachers in society? Not enough.

As someone who depended on her teachers more than anything growing up, (in particular my favorite teacher Mrs. Flannery), I hope we can treat our teachers better and appreciate the value they bring to our world and children. We support you teachers :-)

Let's hope this strike is resolved soon...

  1. Comedian Mark Lunholm said (and this isn;t a joke) "In a perfect world teachers will be earning a million dollars a year and pro athletes will be the ones working for tips!"

If it was not for a particular teacher I would have been a complete coconut!
