Do you often think in life why would you deserve to get something over someone else? Why are you so lucky to have had such an opportunity when millions of others want the same thing? Is it truly just luck?
I think there is a luck factor, but I've always possessed a quality that allows me to reach my goal...persistence. I never give up. In life, if you truly want something you have to show the world how much. Actions speak louder than words though, so show us. At some point though I do believe you have to surrender. But don't surrender until you have tried till the 1000%; not 100% but 1000% when you know you've done everything you possibly could and it didn't work. You can accept that you tried your very very best but it wasn't meant to be.
This reminds me of one of my favourite film trilogies - No Retreat No Surrender!
ReplyDeleteSome things are just not meant to be, no matter how hard you try it just isn't for you!
But mostly it's never giving up, staying on track and always trying that bit harder than before.
The old saying "Quitters never win and winners never quit!" comes into it, if one thing doesn't happen then move onto the next and so on til you get what you're after but have faith in it too!
